Returns & Exchanges

At RTA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't fit your space or style, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your RTA account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of the box, covering any previous shipping information.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
