This is a custom order item and has specific rules we all must follow.
1) Custom order cabinets require 8-16 weeks from when you order for production before shipping/delivery can start
2) Custom orders are not returnable and non refundable once ordered
3) Orders cannot be changed once submitted for production. Any changes will require ordering a new cabinet at additional expense. Please double check all measurements prior to ordering.
4) We take great care to assist with sizing. The responsibility for order accuracy falls to the purchaser. Please ask any questions prior to ordering.
The front of the cabinet has one (1) door with soft close hinges for easy operation.
The face frame, door, drawer front, and door panel are custom UV Lacquer finish and the cabinet box and shelving are coated with a clear UV protectant finish. Each cabinet door and drawer front is made of five pieces with tongue and groove joinery.
Full extension with soft close glides on the drawers for easy operation. All hardware manufactured by SH-ABC. (Click here to link to the drawer slides website). Soft close hinges. Hinges are adjustable to maintain proper spacing between door(s) and face frame.
Plywood construction cabinets (5/8") with solid wood dovetail drawer boxes. The drawers are solid hardwood with a clear finish.
Please note that all cabinet exterior exposed visible areas will require skin finish and trim as necessary.
This cabinet is covered by a one year manufacturer's warranty and the hardware has a lifetime warranty.
The front of the cabinet has an inset-style face frame made of solid Hardwood with the door fronts flush with the face frame. The cabinet sides, bottom, and top (boxes) are constructed of 5/8″ premium plywood. The face frames and doors are made from 100% hardwood. The face frame and doors are clear UV finish. All other exposed visible areas will require skin finish and trim where necessary.
The cabinet box is coated with a clear UV protectant finish. Skin panels must be ordered for all exposed sides.
